Regulations of Stay

§ 1. General Provisions

1. These regulations define the terms of booking and renting apartments offered by Warsaw Aparts.

2. Making a reservation is equivalent to accepting the provisions of these Regulations.

§ 2. Check-in and Check-out

1. The hotel day starts at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure.

2. Check-in is contactless (Self Check-in). Detailed instructions and access codes are sent to Guests on the day of arrival after full payment is received.

3. Extension of stay must be requested by 20:00 on the preceding day and is subject to apartment availability.

§ 3. Rules of Using the Apartments

1. Smoking, including e-cigarettes and other tobacco products, is strictly prohibited in all apartments.

2. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 06:00.

3. Organizing parties, events, and noisy behavior in the apartments is strictly forbidden. In case of violation, Warsaw Aparts reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately without a refund and to impose a penalty of PLN 1000.

4. Pets are allowed only in designated apartments and require prior notification and an additional fee.

§ 4. Liability of Guests

1. The Guest bears full financial liability for any damage, breakage, or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by their fault or the fault of their visitors.

2. In case of lost keys or access cards, the Guest will be charged a fee of PLN 200.

§ 5. Complaints and Final Provisions

1. Any complaints regarding the standard of the apartment should be reported by phone or email immediately after check-in.
